(including pool rental $30 and gross receipt taxes)

​Lovingly being held, embraced, moved, stretched, massaged, floated while immersed in warm water brings forth the inherent life force that we all yearn for. In a Watsu session, you are invited to reconnect with something essential and primordial in yourself that lets you touch your limitless nature. It supports you to relax and dissolve the physical and emotional tensions you may have developed in response to life's challenges. Gives you access to spaciousness and timelessness for deep transformation. By listening to what is arising in the moment, playing with the friction of water and the experience of weightlessness, we restore fluid awareness of the body, the psyche, and life.​

 

Sessions take place in the healing quietness of a warm round non chlorinated indoor pool in a private setting located off Old Pecos Trail, Santa Fe.​
